Catalogs
Otter Bay Gifts does not have a print catalog. We have new items constantly, any catalog would be obsolete before it was even printed.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal Express and Google Checkout. Your card will not be charged until the order is actually shipped and then only the merchandise actually shipped will be charged, plus shipping/handling charges. You may mail your order in and pay by either credit card or money order. We do not accept personal checks. In order to ensure that your merchandise is available and to secure correct shipping charges, please give us a call before mailing your money order. We will hold the merchandise for one week while your payment is in transit.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Nevada addresses will be charged 6.5% Nevada sales tax. At this time there are no taxes for items shipped to states other than Nevada.
Wholesale
Otter Bay Gifts does not sell wholesale. We are retail only. Some items may be available for a quantity discount, but it is on a case by case basis only.
